Our Story

Impaktfully started when our founders - former nonprofit development directors and software engineers - kept seeing the same problem: amazing organizations doing incredible work, but hamstrung by terrible software.

They saw museums paying $50,000/year for clunky ticketing systems. Small foundations spending weeks on reports that should take minutes. Development teams drowning in spreadsheets because their CRM was too expensive or too complicated.

So they asked: what if we built a nonprofit CRM from scratch, designed for 2024 and beyond? What if we combined the power of Tessitura, the donor features of Blackbaud, and the simplicity of modern consumer apps?
